As promised, here’s A New Word, An Idea, and A Question.

A New Word

This is where I share a word that really should exist, one that should be in the dictionary.

Confoundium

: the state you find yourself in after umpteen Zoom calls when after many distractions and multitasking, you suddenly find your name called out and no clue as to what was said before it.

// I realized I was in a state of confoundium, unable to make sense of the question. Counfoundium is similar to another great neologism: Perplexium.

An Idea

Are you worried that things are about to get serious?

I know life is a little stressful right now. And while I normally write poetry, or write about things happening in the world, I just wanted to reach out with a virtual hug and something, albeit small, a little lighter.

I hope it helps alleviate some of the stress you might be experiencing.

After all, isn’t that what we’re here for? To help each other?

Click here to watch this video that always makes me laugh and takes my mind off things.

A Question

What have you been looking at lately that’s helped you with stress? I’d love to check it out too.

I laugh and smile every time I come across that delightful video of a baby's sheer joy in something so mundane as tearing paper. Oh that we could all find joy in such simple pleasures.
