Photo by Roberto Arias on Unsplash New Year’s Eve. At least it’s still 2021 here for me. It’s the beginning of a new cycle and the end of a long year. It’s been a strange and disorienting time. I’m moving into next year with thoughts of connection and hope. Hope for the increased cooperation and collaboration we need to solve the big tasks we face.
I'm proudest of myself just for taking one day at a time to breathe and learn how to live again. That's also what I'll be taking with me into the new year. It's a small thing but very important.
That's really important. Taking care of yourself is essential. And taking as long as you need is perfect. I'm proud of you too.
