The past two years have taught me to roll with the punches. I remind myself each time sh*t goes down that I will get through the situation. It could also be the constant three steps forward one step back that primed me to not get overly affected by obstacles.
And yea, I sleep so much earlier now with the sunsets at 4.30 pm. But I still get pretty much the same amount of rest overall, meaning that I wake up earlier, too.
You sound like you've figured out how to navigate these murky waters. Good for you! It's snowing here, little tiny flakes drifting down. My favorite. You?
I am hiberluctant every single day through winter. With sunrise after 8am and sunset by 430, it's near impossible to even have energy, never mind change it.
It's a great word that really describes that walking sleeping feeling I sometimes have in the winter. It's perfect for a snowy winter day where everything is blanketed and silent.
I think you learn to manage your emotions better as you get older. That's certainly been my experience. The older and more experienced I've grown, the better I've become at understanding and managing emotion - Mine and other people's.
If energy is rising within you, try and recognise it and turn it into something positive.
That's so true. Instead of being overwhelmed, sitting and feeling the energy, or using active movement to let it flow. Thanks for sharing your experience.

It snowed really hard yesterday, a little too intense for my liking hahaha! Still better than rain though!

I actually love those silent, snowy days. So beautiful...if I don't have to be anywhere!
