Tree, I love this and throughout my life have wavered between belief and non-belief. That certainly was your very clear sign that angels are real. Or do we imagine them to be so they are? But one Angel card story I will share with you and other readers is this. Many years ago, I was coming out of a local grocery store in the pouring rain, and noticed a small black cat huddled against the apartment building adjacent to the parking lot. After putting my groceries in the car, I immediately went over to the cat. It was shivering, soaking wet. I picked it up and took it home. "It" was a she...emaciated and old-looking. My kids made a bed for her near the heat vent. We dried her and covered her. We offered food but she took none. She was purring and content to sleep. We checked on her and stroked her now dry fur before we, ourselves, went to bed. I planned on taking her to the animal shelter the next day. But the next morning, she was gone. She had died during the night. At that time, I had been working at a social service agency that helped parents with teens in crisis. The supervisor of the program always had the counselors meet and pick an angel card before working with our families for the day. It was a nice way of centering before often traumatic and heated meetings. I took a breath, pulled my card and was absolutely stunned when I looked down and saw the drawing of a black cat with the word "Gratitude." It was a lovely message and I hold it in my heart to this day.
I remember this story and love it as much today as always. I've had my own handful of angel encounters in the past few years and all of them make my soul happy.
This reminds me of a post I saw on Facebook yesterday. The person says, “Good, please give me a sign.” Good gives him several signs. The person looks away, refusing to look.
This says to me, trust your intuition and learn to gracefully accept help. Ask and then receive.

How wonderful ❤️! That was such a clear message and it gave me goosebumps.
I love it when a message is so clear it shocks us put of our skepticism. Even if it's just fr a short while.
Thank you for sharing. I'll carry the Gratitude Cat with me as well 💕
A beautiful story, our Angels are always there - just waiting for us to ask... XXX
That's so true. The asking is the part I tend to forget. Your comment is a lovely reminder. Thank you 😊 💓

Thanks so much! It's delightful to hear that you've had your own experiences with Angels (of course you have) and I'm happy you enjoyed mine.
Thanks Marjorie 💕
I enjoyed re-reading this Tree 🙏😊
I don't question the unexplainable any more, they are gifts for our souls. Thank you for sharing this sign...love from above

Yes, it's always good to remind myself that asking opens the door to receiving.
