I have an answer for this. A couple months ago I decided to try meditation. I thought it was foo-foo but heard from several people that it's life-changing. So I began with 10 minutes a day using the Calm app.

You don't really notice change at all...until you do. It's actually kind of profound.

That's wonderful! I'm delighted you decided to try meditation. I used to do it regularly and then fell out of the habit. I'm happy to say I began again a few weeks ago and it really helps me deal with stress.

Definitely with stress and anxiety, and it helps me peacefully accept exactly where I am in life each day.
